Default NEW FSK like signal on 455.4KHz

Been testing a new antenna and found a "new" FSK like S4 signal on
~454.5KHz.
It isn't DGPS and has about .8S data with a .2S synch mark.
Anyone else hear this and does anyone know what it is?
LF isn't my bag and I was only seeing how well the new antenna works.
Lexington KY, R8B, with an experimental tuned vertical.

Terry
