That was my first long distance MW station. After WJJD 1160 used to go off
every night, I would hear them on 1157kHz. My next dx station was PJB on
800kHz, followed by 4VEF in Haiti. I used a Zenith Royal 41.

I remember them as Radio Americas. Being a naive SWL'er at the time I
failed to
try and QSL them. That's one valuable QSL these days.
