Default Interference With Radio NZ.

I've just tuned in to Radio New Zealand (9765khz) 0714UTC and bugger me
another station fading in and out severly interferring with RNZI

Can anyone else positively determine / ID the the Station, Passport To
WBR says it maybe Turkey or HCJB ?
