Default Should a shortwave loop antenna, hung outside, also improve FM reception?

Hi. If you clip an outdoor shorwave loop antenna to your FM telescopic
antenna, should it improve FM reception? I'm noticing some very good
improvements on FM when I clip my shortwave antenna to my FM telescopic
antenna.
