Default Has anyone done a survay of 'high power shortwave broadcating transmitters in service' in the devloping world?

Has anyone done a survey of 'high power shortwave broadcasting transmitters
in service' in the developing world?
I am assuming power 20 kw, but 10 kw could be an acceptable minimum in
Africa.

Many in service must date from the 1960s and 1970s.
Many may not be in service at all.
Some have been replaced, but the picture is very uneven.
