Voice of The People
Voice of The People, 11695, in English, broadcasting to Zimbabwe via Madagascar
heard here at 1700 sign on. Deutsche Welle was on 11695 in English prior to 1700 to South Asia via Germany. And, it seems as though DW is under VoTP to the Middle East in Urdu via Sri Lanka. dxAce Michigan USA |

Voice of Thailand
dxAce, I was able to hear Voice of Thailand on 9.535 from 2030-2100
utc. I was stationed in Thailand from 1965-66, and I have listened for this station many times in 40 years. But, this is the first time that I have tuned it in. I am a ham radio operator and have talked to hams in Thailand, but have never previously tuned in their shortwave service. Thanks for the nice tip dxAce !! Jim |
