Beats me - ask the fake Hispanic Eduardo.

I really feel that those Spanish only stations in the USofA should be
required
to air at least 60% English so as to help *assimilate* the invaders.

FYI, rhe primary PBS station in the New York City area today started a
Spanish secondary digital channel, displacing an English digital
channel from some cable systems.

Of course, illegals working minimum wage or less probably are not
watching a digital TV channel of any variety.

In New York, over half the Hispanic adult population consists of Puerto
Ricans, and there are no illegal Puerto Ricans.

So then is the other half illegal?

No, I was just pointing out that fully half of the Hispanic population could
not be illegal because it is Puerto Rican. The previous poster seemed to be
trying to suggest that _all_ Hispanics are illegal, which, of course is not
true and which, in NY, is even less true.

Well, how many do you think are illegal? Do your stations advise the illegals to
return home or advocate them to seek 'entitlements'?

Run along now... and spin some salsa.

Salsa is Puerto Rican. There is no such thing as a Puerto Rican
illegal immigrant.

But there is such a thing as a dumbass retard from Cleveland!
You're not Hispanic, you're not a Puerto Rican, you're not a
Mexican and you're not an Ecuadorian.

Hispanic is not a nationality.

If you read what he posted he said it was a "shtik" and nowhere used the
term "nationality" so if you think those terms are the same then we are
using different dictionaries.

Ecuadorian, Puerto Rican and Mexican are nationalities... to which dxAss was
making comparisons. "Hispanic" is a culture, and may be acquired by life
experience.

Hispanic can refer to either people of Spanish decent or Latin American
decent or their respective cultures, which are not the same but are
similar.

The US census definition does not define descent. It simply defines a
culture which may or may not be related to part of Latin America and
Spain... it also includes US Hispanics who are many generations removed from
any specific other nation.

I don not see where DxAce referred to the US census.

No, he just pulled his own definition out of some orifice.
