Default New frequencies for Cuba?

I've been away from SWL for a while. Has Cuba moved? They used to be
on 6000 and 9820 between 0100-0500UTC and on 6060 and 9595 between
0500-0700. But I'm seeing posts saying that Cuba is on 6180 at 0300. I
can always check the BBC for times, but I don't know anything about
what the Cubans may be doing.
