Other provincial public tv's include SCN (Saskatchewan)and Alberta Access. They all are independent of Ottawa and operate with a tiny fraction of the CBC's one billion dollars. In spite of this, they often show more creativity in programming than is seen coming from the CBC's bloated bureaucracy. |
