The Pope won't know. But the members of the church may well consider it
disrespectful.

The point is, it's simple courtesy to cover your head in a house of
worship if that's the custom, and it's only proper that Pelosi did so.
What on earth would have been the point of her being deliberately rude?

Go to most Catholic Churches in California where Women
from Mexican are in attendance and they still do.
