IIRC - The EU has set 'new' Consumer Electronic Standards
within the last couple of Years which many older Radios and
Receivers do-not-pass and this is the reason for the exculsion
of several formerly 'qualified' Products : This applies to the
ICOM IR-75 Receiver and many others which were not designed
and built within the last coupe of Years. ~ RHF

Hell, heavy metals come out of the ground, and then they end up
back in the ground. They didn't seem to hurt the earth in the fist
place before we took them out.

The Europeans are concerned with lead, which is used in solder 60%/40%
lead/tin being common. Qualified products use solder with no lead in it.
