be persons who have as Children lived for several years
in that Country and Naturally pick-up the Language.
They return to their Country-of-Origin and Grow-Up
Speaking both Landguages like a Native.

can be the 'seeds' of their Future Diplomatic Corps.

language. About a week ago, they were doing a tribute to Kim's father.
