Burr Burr, The Patient {My Brother-in-Law} is OK -but- CBD means that every month there is less and less of him there. http://memory.ucsf.edu/Education/Disease/cbd.html http://www.cafamily.org.uk/Direct/c73.html http://www.alzheimer-europe.org/?lm3=444866852910 http://dizziness-and-balance.com/dis...ticobasal.html http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/c...generation.htm I am down in Oakland for a day or two : It has been over a year since I have been down here. KTRB-AM 860 kHz sounds very good But - Now most of the Off-the-Air TV is for Non-English Speakers so it is almost like being back in the 1960s again with about 6-8 TV Channels to hear English on and everything else is foreign to me. RANT - - - If Bilingual Education and Bilingualism is so important -and- Learning English also so important to being Successful in American : Then -why isn't- it a Requirement that All US TV Foreign Language Broadcasts have the SAP Channel proadcast the Program in the English Language or use a bottom of the screen Moving English Text just like many English TV News Programs do. Plus - Since we are having IBOC on FM Radio why isn't it a Requirement that All US Radio Stations broadcasting in a Foreign Language broadcasts an English translation on their HD-2 Second HD Radio Channel to attract and serve the English Speakers in their Radio Listening Area. -It's About Equality and Fairness. - - - end-of-rant However, right now I am watching {listening to} "Russia Today" presented in English on KMTP TV Ch. # 32 - 8:45 PDT - They also have DW TV in English during the Day and their own TV News program "The 5-Day News" is very interesting for News of Affrica, Asia and the Third-World. SF Bay Area Digital "HD" TV Channels http://www.choisser.com/channels.html "RHF" wrote in message ups.com...
