I have Panasonic RF-4800 for parts or repair if you know what your
doing. The radio lghts up and receives fair on FM but not on HF.
Appears there is a short in the voume and/or front panel - In

I bought this supose to be new but came not working. Outside in
perfect shape with no dents or scuff that I can see. freq counter also
in great shape. If you have the schematic you may repair quite easily.
