That's like my cousin's son. My cousin is of Colombian extraction. He married a Dominican lady. She died shortly after childbirth, so junior is being raised by the Colombian side of the family (my side). The child's way of acting, his mannerisms, expressions, idioms, accent, etc. are all Colombian; despite his being half Dominican. I doubt many here will understand how different the two cultures are... |
