I recently learned that all of the articles of the Fine Tuning
Proceedings are available on CD from the Ontario DX Association
(ODXA). The six issues of Proceedings were originally published in
1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992-3, and 1994-5. They have long been out
of print. Many of the articles are timeless.

I obtained a copy of the CD. The articles are in .pdf format, and the
quality of the scans is very good.

It appears that they have been the articles have been available on CD
since sometime between August 2006 and January 2007, but I can find no
mention of the CD in the archives of this newsgroup.

Finally, I have no connection with the ODXA. I am merely happy to
have the CD.
