Under the Federal Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988. ~ RHF . I admit no such thing. Under the 10th amendment the United States has no right to regulate what I smoke. The entire operation takes place within the confines of the California Republic. There is no federal jurisdiction. I do not work at a TV station. I work for TV producers. They only care about the quality of my work, which is impeccable. If I did not use cannibus I would be on narcotics for my chronic pain, and that would be very problematic. |
