Microbroadcasting -versus- Low-Power Broadcasting

Micro-Broadcasting using Very Low-Power Transmitters
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microbroadcasting
* 100 mW for AM/MW Radio Broadcasts

Read - The "Micro-Effect" Radio Broadcast Network
http://www.themicroeffect.com/whatismb.htm
- - - What is a Microbroadcaster ?

Low-Power (LP) Broadcasting : LP-FM, LP-AM, and LP-TV
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low-power_broadcasting
Stations with Official Broadcast Licences
* Radio Broadcast Translators + Boosters + Re-Broadcaster
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broadcast_translator

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rebroadcaster

IMHO - An Expanded FM Radio Band should set-a-side several
Frequenies for Rural and Small Community Micro-Broadcasting
Radio Stations.

Why Not - Expand the FM Band to cover 76 MHz to 88 MHz
to create and additional 60 Channels - With Six (6) of those
Channels designated for FM Micro-Broadcasting Radio Stations.

What Is Required Is - An Expanded FM Radio Band to use
the old Analog TV Channel 5 & 6 Frequency Range 76~88 Mhz

there i go again . . . expanding my 'micro' mind ~ RHF
