In Konstans' twisted mind, the thought that he is being "attacked"
allows him to flood news groups with around 200 similar posts per day.
The kook has been flooding rec.radio.amateur.policy in that way for over
three years.

We can't dump him, because his news service provider (Teranews / Nibble
Net) is run by known jerks who don't act on complaints, even from paying
customers. His ISP is Hughes Net -- another terrible outfit which also
ignores ToS complaints. Even surface mail to them has gone unanswered.

The only consolation is that Konstans (Mark Morgan, kb9rqz, of Chassell,
MI) has one of the worst "broadband" providers in the country. Hughes
Net constantly gets terrible customer reviews from broadbandreports.com,
and only desperate people use it.

At the moment, people are contacting the upstream providers -- a slow
process at the very least -- in an attempt to deal with Nibble Net and
with Huges Net "from above."

It's almost as bad as MI5Victim!!
