I just bought a grundig G5 at radio shack for $150 it works pretty good.
it's am fm sw ssb. It works good with an external antenna. The twin coil
ferrite antenna works great for am. I also use a old magnet cb antenna
that I stick on the top of my house at night and that works really good
with am also.
