Then when iBiquity 'felt' that the Chip was Ready to be Released; and that the Marketing and the News of the Chip would have a Positive Impact on the Promotion of "HD" Radio and the Sales of "HD" Radios. iBiquity would do it jointly with Samsung. we were not here and we did not talk ~ RHF Please explain your logic for the motivation of either Samsung or IBiquity to keep this development a secret.
