Expanding the FM Radio Band from 76 MHz to 88 MHz
would give an additional 12 MHz of Radio Spectrum for
60 More FM Radio Channels. Using the TV Spectrum
from the former Analog VHF Channels 5 and 6.

Doing-the-Math : Presently there are 9,201 Radio Stations
using the current FM Radio Bands 100 Channels.
* 60 More FM Radio Channels could 'accomomdate'
an additional 5,520 FM Radio Stations.
* Which means that the present 4,776 AM Radio Stations
could all be transitioned to the Expanded FM Radio Band
ans still have room for an 'extra' 744 new FM Radio Stations.

Why don't you listen to someone who actually knows what he is talking
about? Try Thomm Hartmann who is also on a lot of radio stations and
his show is video'ed as below.

http://www.thomhartmann.com/

Thomm discusses hiring foreigners to work in the USA
http://goleft.tv/view.asp?v=1241

Thomm discusses the Health Care plans of the candidates
http://goleft.tv/view.asp?c=27&v=1214

Thomm discusses those who would like a theocracy in America
http://goleft.tv/view.asp?c=27&v=1218

Thomm talks to right wing wacko David Horowitz about right wingers
becoming Brown Shirts
http://goleft.tv/view.asp?v=1080

Thomm discusses Blackwater
http://goleft.tv/view.asp?c=27&v=1009

It's Thom (one M) Hartmann (two Ns)

He is the best political analyst on the radio. He thoroughly
understands the philosophical origins of the USA and how those promises
have all been systematically destroyed by right-wing nut jobs.
