Default Locating the source of a number station

Hello. I'm writing a script that's going to deal with number stations
a fair bit, and I'd like to know if it is even remotely feasible that
a device can be used to track down the location of their transmission.
I'm speaking in terms of narrowing it down to a pretty localized area,
not just the country of origin. Thanks.
