sleep deprivation, 24 hr. bright lights and exposure to painfully loud

All of which they have ordered done to their prisoners and none of
which they consider torture.

Oh and one other thing, they have no right to know why they were
arrested or what they are being charged with. Nor can they contact
anyone to let them know they are being detained and certainly they can
have no lawyer.

After all, those are the provisions of the Military Commissions Act of
2006 that they rammed through Congress.
