Default BBC 15400 testing?

Noted what is most likely the BBC's Ascension Island relay on 15400 possibly
testing prior to the normal 1500 s/on. First heard around 1445, off and on a few
times with BBC audio.

Coming in here beautifully @ 1530z with S9+20 on the dial.
Wonder where it's beamed as it is not listed by BBC as a Southern
African frequency?
