HD radio application specific integrated chip sets are yet to be found

There was a bogus press release by iBiquity last May stating that both
Samsung and SiPort were sampling HD IBOC application specific chip or
chip set at that time. I can then find several articles by technical
news sites that all appear to stem from this one bogus iBiquity press
release but that's about it.

You will notice that wherever this news is mentioned that there are no
part numbers mentioned. This is a very good indicator of the press
release being pure marketing BS.

The SiPort web site still looks like a shell site with no news about an
HD chip or chip set.

development either.

No secret here. Ibiquity lacks honesty with many of their public
announcements. The latest lie concerns "HD" radio prices breaking the
$100 barrier. What they don't mention is that many retailers are
trying to get rid of them with drastic price reductions, rebates,
etc. The Sony XDR-S3HD which was selling for $200 is now $49 in many
stores. Radiosophy is selling their radio at half price just to
unlioad them. These are not the signs of a successful product in spite
of what Eduardo thinks.

Yea, it seems the SiPort chipset is dead - the supposed one from
Samsung still needs a power-brick. LOL! Everythig about HD Radio is a
lie - Struble wants to get his fraudulent IPO of fthe ground, then

"CLEARANCE" for $49. There were three of them. There is still one
