Rickets, there used to be 'detention camps' all over the country for folks like
you. However, some law was passed back in the 70's and most every darn nutcase
(such as yourself) was released back into the community.

They were closed because of lack of funds. Giving $50,000 handouts to
malingerers such as you add up quickly.
