Ibiquitys Struble wants to debate but not open to the public.

Robert Struble has opened up a new Web Column to debate HD radio but
in an email conversation with him he refuses to open up the debate
comments to the public.

He continues to distort the facts concerning the lack of success of
Hybrid Digital and in no way wants to open up a public discourse on
the subject. I suggest anyone with interest read his message at
www.ibiquity.com/about_us/message

He just got another infusion of $40,000,000 of your dollars from the
Federal Government for his failed technology.

According to Bob Struble, receiver manufacturers didn't think there were any
HD radio stations broadcasting a couple of years ago and there were no FM
radio recievers available in 1963.

Well, that's it. Progress is held back by receiver manufacturers who won't
sell fancy new radios!!

Bob Struble is such a hoot.

Yea, his blog is nothing but lies. I have been getting threats from
one of his co-horts on Orbitcast about my blog, with threats of
lawsuits, for posting just references to newspaper articles and other
peoples' blogs. I never give personal opinions, or allow comments, or
post copyright material. These scammers are running scared - I've
gotten visitors from the DOJ, US Courts, Congressional Quarterly, FCC,
GAO, GSA, US House of Reps., etc... I have a feeling that the
investigation into the HD Radio farce, with NPR bilking Congress out
of tens-of-millions, is on the horizon. Struble tries to compare
today's media lanscape with iPods, iPhones, Internet, etc., to that of
the 1970's.

Based on my conversation with him, Booble Struble is running scared
and knows his system is failing to make any significant inroads in the
U.S. He makes strange analogies to early FM, etc. which make little
sense. He is under some delusion that he is a radio pioneer like
Frank Conrad, Edwin Armstrong, etc. I think he sees visions

He's basically in a denial mode and will probably have to be carried
off in a straight jacket at some point. Investor pressure is
becoming too hard for him to cope with. If any of you have any balls
you'll join in with his one-sided debate at www.ibiquity.com/about_us/message
and help push him over the edge.

In a very real sense iBiquitys Booble Struble wants to have his cake
and eat it too. He wants his way with no public debate. He's in bed
with the FCC and wants commitments from the whole world to proliferate
his phony technology regardless of public opinion. He wants to shove
it down the consumers’ throat with Government funds and he actually
feels like the poor victim. He's a mental case.

And the fact is, he's very sensitive to groups like this. Goggle and
Yahoo are his archenemies because he can't shut up public debate in
forums like this and he's furious with them.

He can shut me up in his bogus Web Début but not here. He's a
technology whore and certainly not a radio pioneer.

It's a funny thing, on Ibiquity's homepage after 2005 they list no other

He is probably furious with me for posting my blog all throughout
Google and Yahoo Finance. I have gotten about 90 viisitors from those
groups. Ah, such is life, and anonymous blogger First Amendment
Rights. As long as someone doesn't post that someone is having an
affair, and the likes, there is nothing Struble can do to stifle
public criticism - don't post anything libelous, and he is a fish out
of water.
