They're falling like flies.

Goodbye to one of the most prolific songwriters and performers of the age.
Many will remember him mostly as the writer and performer of the music from
the Richard Roundtree movie "Shaft". But he also released a great many
Soul/R&B LP's throughout the 70's and won several Grammy awards. Most
recently, he played the voice of Chef on South Park.

Another of the great baritone voices lost.
