Since about 25%~33% of High School Students do
graduate with out having had Sexual Intercourse.

Abstinence does in-fact work for a significant number
of Young Adults & Children.

I should be give Equal Time and Equal Funding in the
Teaching of Sexual Education along with : "Safe Sex";
"Birth Control"; "Abortion"; "Adoption"

Abstinence is a Valid Choice for Some and should be
treated equally in the Teaching of Sexual Education
and Reproductive Rights for All.
