The two stations I go to for podcasts every day
(KFI and KNEW) both have not updated the podcasts since the firings. I wonder if that's the end of that freebee. I don't see how they get any revenue from it. -- On the internet, nobody knows you're a jerk. |

PodCasting for Radio Stations is about maintaining Brand and Listener Loyalty via a Different Media and a different type of Audio Consumer; then the 'traditional' Free Over-the-Air Radio Listener : 1 - The Source : Free Over-the-Air Radio Programming including the AD$. 2 - Listen Live -via- The Internet {Real-Time} may or may not include the AD$. 3 - PodCasting -via- Portable Audio Storage Device {Delayed-Time -aka- When You Want It} may or may not include the AD$. To the Radio Station {Business} all three are valid ways to Deliver the AD$s. idtars ~ RHF |
