While I have also bemoaned how bad a performer my S350 is on shortwave
(the images are everywhere!), I have recently concluded that it makes
a much better MW receiver. Here at my location, the S350 can dig out
some impressive MW BCB DX. And, the audio is also pretty good. The
Redsun/Kaito 2100 seems very similar to the S350, but does much better
on shortwave.
