Default Radio Aus and BBC Pacific Freq 22:00 to 1:00 UTC

Seems like they're shuffling frequencies around in the last couple of
weeks for the signals you can get in North America (or at least Seattle).

Radio Australia used to be on 17785 kHz at 22:00 and 17795 kHz at 23:00.
Now it appears to be 15515 kHz at 22:00, 15560 and 15230 kHz at 23:00 and
then 17795 at 0:00. 15560 was getting stepped on by a signal on 15555 at
23:30.

BBC at 0:00 was on 15335 and 15360 kHz, now it seems to be 15355 and
15360 kHz.
