I'll bet you the rates are going to go up more from this neglect than they would have from paying for proper right-of-way maintenance. Splicing power lines every 50 feet costs money too. One good thing about Mr. Obama is his oft stated motto: Yes we can. And what a motto it is. Yes we can what? Make things worse that they are now? Screwup every time you try to do something useful? Repeat actions over and over because you screwed up? Appoint tax cheats to run the treasury? Have government spend more money putting a further load on the economy? Be the big eared idiot of the USA?
