Nope. National defense is one of the few things the Federal government
is supposed to spend money on. The Federal Government is charged with
providing for the common defense.


So is securing the blessings of liberty for all, not just the entrenched
wealthy elite.

We have failed on so many levels it seems silly to selective assign blame.
