AM, FM, Amateur, or even a driver license could be gotten with a simple fee
to the person processing the desired license. I could have had 100 amateur
licenses, and even had my dogs licensed, were I to have wanted it.

No, I had many of them. The commercial ones were all in the name of my

US NAVY... we left the flowered shirts and chartreuse shorts to prancers such as
yourself, boy!

U.S.Army.October 28,1962 - October 29,1965.In Vietnam, Sgt.Bates handed
me two Licenses.U.S.Army Drivers License, rated up 2 1/2 ton trucks.(I
drove the heck out of those ammo trucks too) And a Vietnamese Drivers
License.I still have both of those Drivers Licenses right here.

PS, one time I caught the crabs from a Vietnamese woman.They called me
