Snow was nearly non-existent and the winter relatively warm. That Pacific longshore current tends to keep things warm along the coast. We DO get cold shots down out of Siberia from time to time, though. I'm a transplanted Portlander... weather's not a lot different from either Vancouver (WA or BC) ![]() |
