Default Not Boliviana

An interesting late afternoon Pacific Daylight Savings Time in the
PNW:

4965 noted from tuning around 0150Z 9 Mar with non-stop soft ballads
in EE... mostly poor but peaking to fair ~0220... a short announcement
in EE ~0202 but couldn't/didn't catch an ID.

Was like listening to CVC/La Voz from Chile but with EE vocals, so I'm
"presuming" CVC International from Zambia.

At the peak, ~0220 the Eton was registering a carrier on 5009.88 which
would suggest Madagascar, but no audio was heard.

I've veried them there, but years ago.
