Yea, I know that. I maybe used the bad choice of saying the word sale.
I should have said that Radio Shack is now selling them. Got to see
one today in the RS here. And it does look really good. I guess
production problems have been solved (rumor says the Earthquake in
China last year really cut down the production).

I agree, it does look attractive.


I'm hooked on the portability of the G5 and G6. The S350 is my bedtime
SW radio. So the 750 looks nice but I really don't have the need for
it and it won't do anything more than what I got now.

The G5/G6 is basically the same as the 750, just bigger?


Going to be tough to sell the 750 at $300 bucks at RS, especially if a
novice sees the $100 S350 next to it.

Especially if it isn't any better than the smaller brothers just in a
bigger package.
