Default FlooDX - Again?

Apparently the Red River may reach a second crest in Fargo, ND.

I sent an email off to KFGO 790, to find out if they will operate
non-directional again at night.

Here is the response from Brad Wilson at KFGO regarding switching to
non-directional again:

"Only if an emergency state is declared. 50/50 chance. They keep changing the
2nd river crest. We will know more after this weekend."

I miss it the first time Steve, I'll keep checking to see what you've
found out. Thanks.
