History...

It was that Great Republican Billy (I didn't **** that woman) Clinton
and his stooge ALGORE that got rid of the Engineers that ran the
Commission, and dumped 80% of the Field Operations Folks, did away with
Region X, and closed all but a few of the Monitoring Stations around the
country..... then hired all the Economists, and Lawyers, at HQ in DC,
and actually INCREASED the total employment of the Commission with Grade
5 and up Jobs, getting rid of all the Grade 3 & 4 Jobs....

Get your facts straight , Sonny......
