The Ibiquity /FCC Relationship. The Corruption goes on-and-on.

If you think the FCC is a credible Government Agency – think again.
Take for instance BPL Case Studies made by the FCC.

“The FCC not only withheld the internal studies until it was too late
to comment, but had release portions of studies that may not support
its own conclusions regarding BPL.”

“The Court agreed with the ARRL that the FCC had failed to comply with
the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) by not fully disclosing for
public comment the staff studies on which it relied and that "there is
no APA precedent allowing an agency to cherry-pick a study on which it
has chosen to rely in part."”

How can anyone believe that the FCC is unbiased concerning iBiquity
digital radio?

The FCC’s corruption is legendary and it goes on and on.

Listeners have a chance to comment on FCC MM Docket No. 99-325
concerning IBOC interference. I encourage everyone to do it.. We
need to do it before this is allowed to escalate any further. Now's a
chance to make a difference. It's not hard and the format submitted
is not critical - I did it.
