I still clang the iron skillets together and yell "Made in America."
I get some weird looks but I hope few people get the point.

Wally-World died a sudden death over here. There used to be about 20 stores
in Korea (11 of them in the area around Seoul). They all closed
simultaneously about 5 years ago, bought out by the local E-Mart chain.

Let's hope something comes out of that, like the downfall of China-mart.

Bill Baka

So you would have WalMart close several thousand
Stores world wide and Fire 2 Million Employees.

Obama-Labor© -aka- CardCheck : The Chinese Way
under heavy pressure from the China [PRC] Government,
Wal-Mart was force to accept a form of Organized
Labor[Union] in China.

but simply Pay Dues to the Chinese Government,

Hah,
I have had WWV on at the same time as my cable box and found up to 30
seconds difference. Where does the extra time come from?

I don't know, but I just checked again and my Cable Box is dead on
with WWV.

Comcast? I don't have a box since I don't watch much television but
their channel listings channel is usually off by about 30 seconds.
Another channel that shows local weather is about 15 seconds better but
neither is dead on.
I get WWV at 2.5, 5.0, 10.0, 15, 20, and 25 MHz so I get the full spread
at different times of day. 2.5 and 25 are the hardest to get here.

What time of day do you receive WWV on 25 MHz? After a big toke?

25 MHz was discontinued in 1977 :-)

I remember getting it, just not when, but I do have a memory of getting
it about 3 years ago on my Hammarlund HQ-129X and RME-DB20 combination.
Last night I was using the RME to amplify signals at 27 MHz and
listening to all the CB'ers, amplified mikes and 1,000 watt plus kickers
and all. One guy had to be close because every time he keyed he almost
broke my S-meter and the rest were from much farther away.
Skip must be in.

If you use Windows, this program is tiny and fun.

No, I have Cablevision. The time is dispalyed continuously directly on
the front of my cable box, not on the TV. And it's always dead on.
