Ole' Bonger Bob isn't even worthy enough to enjoy

I feel that him and The Bankok Banger may end
up as "bestest buddies-roes".....their pyschological
makeup IMO is about the same.

But Fred, I fear you are going to "water down" the
very important day of The Bash by just inviting any
num-nut....unless of course you are trolling for future
"tools"....and in that case....you will find a few here,
no doubt. ;-D

Just let me explain something to you Ole' Mighty
Larb so you don't give "someones" in here reason
to pick apart your posts in response to a "ham."

Brian isn't/wasn't/nor will ever be a 'ham' so too speak. He is/ or
was trying to make people think
he was/is a SWL (Short Wave Listener.)

Not that there is anything wrong with just
being a SWL....I could have passed the HAM test
fifty times over, but I don't feel the need (at least
for now) to TX (meaning Transmit- meaning key up
and talk to someone.)

I just like listening as most do in this group but
there are some HAMS in here also. Just saying.

Why even mention it
unless you are so convinced that your dream of being a licensed amateur
someday will never come to pass due to your laziness, and it's easier to
try and justify that eventuality in a sour grapes manner.

.

I do not build AM directionals without plans. Solid state LPTV is
pretty easy as there are are no stages that aren't broadbanded. There
is very little tuning, even with a tube amp. AM directionals have
"constants" that are determined by a PE or some such.
