I'll turn mine on every now and then. CB is very
much alive and well all over the Cinti./N.Kentucky
area. We have a group known as the "Eastgate
Locals"....group of young adults and older fellas
that drive around the Eastgate area talking mobile
and then they may get together on the weekends
and go to Bob Evans or another restaurant in the
area.

During the winter months or when the snow or
freezing rain are pelting the area, I'll keep it on
channel nineteen and give the drivers a heads up
on the road conditions or give them a hand navigating some of these
country roads.

Once the winter months end, the base goes off.
