Yes, and the whole structure is in danger of collapsing. There has to be
some way that they can pump out the old bunker oil. Even though it is a
grave site, when the hulk rusts/deteriorates, what are they going to do?


The same thing that they will do when the 47 thousand barrels containing
nuclear waste dumped off the coast of California start leaking.
