The Real Way for Conservatives to display civil disobedience?
Well, send as much as you can, say, $20 extra out of your paycheck to
the feds for taxes, and then don't claim the refund at the end of the year? If enough people did that, the government would not have to borrow money and your children end up not having to pay the interest? I heard the other plans today, firing people, not paying taxes, etc. Those are things they want you to do isn't it? Why are your tax rates so low? Well, the obvious thing is to man up and pay more right, if it fits your budget? And when election time comes, you get these clowns out of office and put better policies in place? If you want to cut the funding of the government, killing the interest rate needed to borrow the money (not paying your taxes gives them the excuse?), the only alternative is to quit your job and not seek government assistance for anything? I will get drunk when the military finally enacts a coup (and I don't drink)? While just about anyone can exempt themselves from the health care bill, (simply going to jail for having an identification number would qualify as a religious protest exemption, mark of the beast, etc.) the "demarkation line" of putting in the bill that no act of Congress can revoke a certain part of it is illegal and can simply be ignored just as easily as when it was written into law ignoring the legality of the issue? |
