Default UN Small Arms Treaty?

The issue of small arms is not a global or a national issue that
deserves "treaty" recognition. Firearms are the principal means of
defending your self against both corrupt citizens, and corrupt
governments, and any politician. It is also a principal source of
income for the Russians and countries surrounding Russia with both
arms and ammunition sales?

So if Afghans are arming thousands, and crossing borders in wars, you
go to the Russians and say, hey, stop selling arms to these guys?
That's all you need, you don't need "treaties"?

Shipping IED, high explosives, grenade launchers, and missiles, should
be the focus of government treaties, not individual citizens who
protect them selves from narco-terror gangs? As long as we have crime
and drugs, bears, and alligators, we will always need small arms for
protection.

With Chief Oui Weed, tapping into that anger in America, Hillary is
finding herself very quickly appearing in the rear view mirror?
