I think that Reader's Digest book is in one of my stacks of books and
magazines in my bathroom.Later on, I will look for it.

My old electric Skilsaw finally burnt out this afternoon, it started
smoking and it tripped a circuit breaker.I went to the Lowe's store and
I bought a new Skilsaw for $49.97 plus Mississippi RIP OFF sales tax.

From one WLS zombie to another...

Does anyone remember this jingle from WLS?

"What's the weather for the weekend gonna be, will it be
hot...cold...rain....snow."

From the middle 60s. I would hear it while visiting my cousins in Dowagiac
Mi.
WLS was my cousins favorite station.

Watt station in friggin' St George, Utah on 890 on destroyed WLS in the

Yeah, but it was "glow in the dark" cacti and sagebrush!

I believe St. George took a -huge- dump of radioactive fallout from one
of the atmospheric bomb tests that gave cancer to most of the movie crew
that was filming there, including John Wayne.

Two aerial bomb detonations in Japan, dozens of them in the western US.

Actually only 10 KW. I guess it doesn't matter now that WLS is exactly
like 810 in Reno anyway. i.e. it sucks!
