Never came.

And, let me add, that when I called and complained to the patient advocate, I asked specifically
if any of my complaints hinged upon my receiving Medicare. She said no, the folks providing
treatment know nothing about an individuals benefits.

I then asked her just why every single person I spoke with, knew, and indicated to me, that they
were aware that I was on Medicare.

I got shut down real quick.

Good question. I've tried to contact the CEO, the CEO's secretary, etc. Get voice mail.

I've contacted an attorney.

Like I stated before, I wasn't even offered a frickin glass of water.
